Business Support

A major cause of fear and disquiet to sufferers of mental health, can be the attitude of Employers and colleagues.
So much so, that most will not admit to their illness and fear the repercussions of such illness when applying for jobs or in general employment.

This fear adds a further dimension of difficulty and stress to those with mental illness.

Our aim is to work with the SME community in particular, to adopt best practice which respects the rights of both Employee and Employer where mental illness exists, to ensure there is no discrimination against valid candidates or employees at any stage from recruitment to retirement.

We have included the following documents which give examples of excellence to help all parties deal with mental health within the work environment
